Easy Cornbread

  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1/2 cup creamed corn

Combine all ingredients and bake in well-greased cast-iron skillet or muffin pan at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
